WHAT IS SETCALLS?
----------------
SetCalls is a program that allows you to modify the contents of your
SYSINFO.BBS data file. You are allowed to change the number of calls
your system has received, as well as the name of your last caller.
This program is ideal for those who have been running another BBS
program for years and are converting to RemoteAccess, yet do not
wish to start over with 0 calls, and no last caller.
DISCLAIMER
----------
SetCalls is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied. Alexander Barbara only guarantees that
SetCalls will occupy disk space. In no event shall Alexander Barbara
be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, including any lost
profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use this program.
This program has been tested with RemoteAccess v1.00 and later. It
has not been tested with earlier versions of RemoteAccess, nor has it
been tested with QuickBBS, SuperBBS, or any other BBS system.
DISTRIBUTION
------------
Please remember that I'm just a kid! In fact, I won't be 16 for a few
months yet (December 1991). This program is being distributed as
'GuiltWare'. Feel free to use this program, and distribute it among
your friends, or even your enemies. You do not HAVE to send me
anything. All I ask is that the Copyright notice remain intact, and
that all of the files stay together in the archive.
However, if your conscience bothers you, feel free to send a few
bucks. If you win more than $10,000 in the lottory or any type of
sweepstakes, you are obliged to send the author at least 1% of your
winnings. You will feel better knowing you have helped an adolescent
acquire reasonable means of transportation.

WHY SETCALLS?
-------------
I wrote SetCalls because a friend is converting to RemoteAccess, after
years (and more than 10,000 calls) of using another program. He
didn't want to start from 0, and thus, he enlisted me in writing this.
I'm just learning Turbo Pascal, and I thought I could use the
practice.
OPERATION
---------
SetCalls requires no configuration file. It must be placed in the
same directory as the SYSINFO.BBS you wish to modify. Once executed,
it will read the current contents of SYSINFO.BBS, and display the
number of calls your system has received, and the last caller's name,
according to the data in SYSINFO.BBS. You may change them both.
SetCalls will then save the new SYSINFO.BBS, and halt.
BUGS?
-----
SetCalls has been tested by myself, and the friend I wrote it for.
Hopefully, there are no bugs. Hopefully, this will be the first and
last release.
If you encounter any bugs or problems of any kind, please report them
immediately to me here at 1:260/203.
